HO KALM: Marion Seclin

After Irene Olczak (Paulette Magazine), Clement Dumais (Hit The Road) et Camille Azoulaii (Funky Veggie), Marion Seclin is our 4th guest in HO KALM! She tells, with the greatest sincerity, the cyber-harassment that she experienced during 2 years.

HO KALM is our podcast to deconstruct stress. In each episode, Laure, the founder of Ho Karan, sets out to meet personalities with inspiring stories linked to the stress they experience on a daily basis: artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, medical and holistic experts… The goal? Discover these profiles through a different, very sincere, sometimes vulnerable prism, and offer you the keys, via these concrete examples, to better channel your daily stress.

After the episode with Irène Olczak, founder of Paulette Magazine and serial entrepreneur, Laure met Clement Dumais, YouTuber and fan of parkour, an extreme sport where he risks his life with each new training session, then Camille Azoulai, the co-founder of Funky veggie which spoke of an intense fundraising in emotions. Today, it's Marion Seclin at our microphone.

Actress, screenwriter, content creator… Marion expresses herself in a thousand and one ways. A few years ago, the latter experienced a wave of hatred after posting engaged videos. More than 40.000 hateful messages in 5 months, death threats… The one who declared herself "Champion of France in cyber-harassment" in her TEDxChampsElyseesWomen, looks back on this episode of his life. The stress, the insomnia, the anger, the accompaniment, the self-confidence, the way in which to transform an ordeal into a source of creativity. His last experience on television in the Clem series, his years at Mademoiselle .... And his biggest source of stress today: love.

Being HO KALM, according to Marion Seclin, is:
"Uno form of equilibrium, when the brain stops moving thoughts, when one can go into ecstasies over nothing. And that we realize that there are plenty of reasons to be good ".
