A sweet pumpkin and CBD imagined by chef Fanny de Persil et Mimosa this Halloween!
The CBD pumpkin cake recipe
Ingredients
Cake
10 cl of hemp oil
100 g ground hazelnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger powder
1 pinch of salt
1 / 2 sachet de levure
90 sugar
175 flour
1/2 tsp baking soda (optional)
200 g of pumpkin puree
2 eggs
Chocolate and CBD frosting
1 bar of dark chocolate cooking (200g)
9 drops of cbd oil
Shelled hemp seeds
The steps
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Butter a mold, and pour the preparation
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees
- Once the cake is cooked and cooled, unmold it
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then add the drops of CBD oil
- Cover the cake with the melted chocolate
- Sprinkle the icing with hemp seeds
Enjoy it immediately, or wait until the next day when the chocolate has set.
