Dear Client,

Following a problem with conservatives, HO KARAN has decided as a precaution to recall lots n ° 323898, n ° 326255, n ° 329149 and n ° 330142 of its product "Eye Contour - THE MORNING MIRACLE".

If you have in your possession a product of these lots (opened or not), we thank you not to use it any more and to inform us of it for exchange or refund (see form below). Only the products from the four lots n ° 323898, n ° 326255, n ° 329149, n ° 330142 are concerned.

You can find the batch number of the product directly on the tube (at the top of the tube) and on its packaging (on the top or bottom of the box).

We inform you that we have determined the cause of this defect. We are implementing the necessary corrective actions to prevent this from happening again. It is important to us to satisfy you, but also to be in total transparency with you. The Ho Karan team apologizes for the inconvenience caused and thanks you for your understanding.
