FAST DELIVERY

What is the delivery delay ?
You will receive your package within 3 to 5 working days (except Sunday and public holidays) from the date of dispatch of your order (valid for mainland France).

Where do we deliver and what are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for France are between € 3,90 and € 9,59 (Overseas included)
The shipping costs for European countries are between 4,97 € and 9,80 €.
The shipping costs for international countries (outside Europe) are between € 13 and € 25.

The special case of overseas departments:
The overseas departments are subject to customs fees which are not calculated at the time of payment on the site.

I want to change the Mondial Relay collection point that has been assigned to me?

You can change your Point Relais immediately after placing an order. A Point Relais has been assigned by default but you can modify it. Know that nOur map of relay point choices is pushed onto our site by Mondial Relay themselves. They are providers of a solution for which we are the intermediary, so we cannot act on the points presented or not. It is common in summer or at Christmas that certain relay points are closed and others overloaded so they are not offered to you on the menu. We are also working to improve the site to allow you to choose your Mondial Relay point before payment and give you the possibility to change your mode of transport if you cannot find the Mondial Relay point of your choice.

I could not choose a Mondial Relay collection point
If no Mondial Relay point has been selected, write to us at serviceclient@hokaran.fr giving us the exact address of the Relay point you want. We will thus complete your order.

My parcel is blocked at the Mondial Relay or La Poste sorting center or at a bad Mondial Relay point.

You have to make the difference between a relay point and a hub / sorting center. If your package is blocked in the sorting center, it is pending at this agency, which is not normal. Write to us at serviceclient@hokaran.fr and we will ask to redirect the package to the right relay point. You should also be notified by email as soon as the package is in motion because we have a tracking system when it is scanned which allows you to track the package.

RETURNS

Returns
Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without agreeing to a return within 14 days of withdrawal.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error

- any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. There is often a little processing time before a refund is mailed. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at serviceclient@hokaran.fr.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sonly regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

What are the exchange and refund conditions?
You can contact us anytime for an exchange or refund. We will review the situation with you to find the best solution. Do not hesitate to write to us at serviceclient@hokaran.fr.

For obvious hygiene reasons, we do not take back opened and used products.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was subsequently shipped, we will issue a refund to the person giving the gift and they will notify you of your return. .

PAYMENT

Online payment
All payments on our site are processed by the payment module, Paybox or Paypal. Paybox (by Verifone) is a payment solution recognized around the world and used by thousands of e-commerce companies. Paybox accepts credit cards (CB), Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Card refused… Why?
For security reasons, Paybox, the payment module we use, questions your bank and performs a risk assessment for each payment. If he considers that this is a potential fraudulent payment or if your account is not sufficiently funded, he refuses it. If your card is refused, you can contact your bank or contact us at serviceclient@hokaran.fr. We can then check why this happened and find a solution;)

I want to pay by Paypal, why don't you offer it?

Unfortunately, the Paypal company has withdrawn the payment module from us in 2020 because of the CBD. They are currently unwilling to provide payment solutions to hemp companies until US regulations are clarified at the federal level.

ORDERING

I still have not received my order
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, it means that your order has been taken into account, but that it has not yet been sent: it is still "pending". Do not panic in this case, we will do everything to send it to you as soon as possible!

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, then, depending on the dispatch date, your order may still be in transit.

From the date of the mailing of your order, reception is done within 5 working days in mainland France.

We ship with La Poste or Mondial Relay so the delay may be a little longer, but this is rare.

An order is considered lost (in metropolitan France), from 10 days after shipment. If this is the case then write to us at serviceclient@hokaran.fr specifying that your order has been lost.

For European Union countries, an order is considered lost 15 days after shipment. For countries outside the European Union, this period is 22 days. The procedure is the same, just write to us at serviceclient@hokaran.fr

You made a mistake in sending my order
Write to customer service at serviceclient@hokaran.fr indicating that your order is incomplete or that there is an error in the order. Instructions and shipping confirmation will be emailed to you.

I received a promotion code, how can I use it?
To use a promo code, all you have to do is indicate it when validating the basket. Remember to check that the code has been correctly applied before confirming your order, afterwards it will be too late!

PRODUCT

For what type of skin?
Our treatments are suitable for all skin types. Cannabis sativa oil has a pleasant, dry feel that easily penetrates the skin.

Are your products organic?
Our products contain between 98 and 100% of ingredients of natural origin, some of which are organic. We need a few preservatives to ensure the good efficiency of our assets. We do not have an organic label, but we have chosen to opt for quality natural formulas, and to join the association 1% for the Planet, a global movement in favor of the protection of nature and its natural environment. biodiversity.

Are your packaging eco-responsible?

We have effectively taken this ecological dimension into account for a long time. Our bottles are made of glass, a material that today is recycled much better than plastic. The remaining plastic (eg caps) is made from recycled plastic. Our cases are made from hemp paper, without plastic packaging. These cases will contain no tree fibers, and are made from 100% annual plants that store CO2 very quickly. Finally, we are working on a major project to develop hemp bio-plastic for our packaging. This material is light and biodegradable, and presents a very good alternative to fight against global warming. This project takes time, however, but we are actively working to be able to offer this great alternative as quickly as possible.

 

Are your products safe?
All our formulas are tested and validated by independent toxicologists. Our products are entirely designed and manufactured in France, according to our specifications and the standards in force.

Are your products legal?
Yes, we respect French law in every way. We also offer our products throughout Europe. Note that there is no THC in our formulas, the psychotropic molecule of cannabis which is illegal.

I risk to feel effects with your cosmetics?
Apart from an incredible feeling of well-being and satisfaction, no. Our products do not contain THC (psychoactive cannabis molecule), and are therefore guaranteed to have no psychotropic effect.

Are you really Made In France?
Yes ! Our hemp is cultivated and processed in Brittany, and we work with 7 laboratories spread over French territory. We also make sure to find packaging made in France.

Are you more testing on cute animals, or more cruelty-free?
We obviously do not perform animal testing for our products, and in any case European regulations strictly forbid it. We test our cosmetics using alternative methods or in the clinic on volunteers.

What are vegan cosmetics?
We go beyond refusing animal testing, we also take care not to use any animal material in our formulas (beeswax, keratin, milk, etc.). Plants provide us with enough super-ingredients to obtain quality cosmetics. Note that apart from cosmetics, we have released a CBD infusion that has a sweet taste of Breton salted butter caramel. This product is not vegan due to the butter.

Do you use parabens?
No, we do not use parabens in our products, although we have nothing against them! We formulate with Ecocert certified preservatives, and approved by institutes such as Natrue or Soil Association Approved.

Do you use silicones?
No more ! For an ecological approach and to avoid all problems related to endocrine disruptors, we do not use silicone in our formulas. We prefer vegetable oils to them anyway!

And your perfumes, what do they contain?
Our perfumes are developed by a creative perfumer according to our request. It is a unique blend of essential oils, therefore 100% natural. The products therefore do not contain any trace of phthalate when using these fragrances.

Do your products contain allergens?
Essential oils by definition contain a large number of active compounds, some of which may have a more allergenic nature than others. Our perfume therefore provides minute quantities of substances listed as allergens. If you are very sensitive to it, then choose specially designed treatments.

When are your next products coming out?

Are your products suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
All our products are natural, so we use a natural scent worked from cannabis terpenes (for its relaxing properties) which falls under the classification of essential oils. They are present in very low concentration because we put very little perfume in the care. However, always as a precautionary measure, it is recommended to test the products on a small piece of skin initially and to be vigilant for pregnant women even if no product is contraindicated for pregnant women from a point of view. toxicological. However, we do not recommend pure Essential Oil for pregnant women as well as CBD in ingestion for lack of scientific hindsight.

What product should I put in the fridge for conservation?
Hemp oil keeps best in a cool, dark place. Our oil is stabilized in the cream formulation, so there is no need to put it in the fridge. On the other hand, our eye contour will find its place more in the fridge, in order to restore as much as possible its fresh and decongestant side (don't forget to place your cosmetics in the least cold part of your fridge!)

The prices make me hesitate, although these prices are at the height of the products which seem of quality. Do you have a promo code?

The prices we display are prices set in accordance with our commitments, prices that seem fair to us and which allow us to maintain our quality standards. Ho Karan is part of a process of positive innovation and sustainable development. From the cultivation of the plant to the laboratory, we favor traceability and quality. Concretely, it is more expensive than the standard, this translates into local production, materials with the lowest possible environmental impact and eco-responsible packaging, redesigned with the Good Planet Foundation in order to reduce our carbon footprint. What is hemp?
Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.), is a plant of the Cannabaceae family. It differs from its cousin commonly called cannabis mainly by its very low content of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the main molecule responsible for psychotropic effects. In France, the legislation imposes a maximum content of 0,2% THC for the cultivation of hemp.

What is hemp oil?
Hemp oil, or Cannabis sativa oil, is obtained by pressing the seeds of hemp. An oil is then obtained which is very rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E and proteins, which gives it excellent moisturizing, soothing and protective properties. For more information see our blog.

Where do your Cannabis sativa crops come from?
We work in partnership with organic and local producers located in Brittany. We therefore support organic and ethical production, in order to obtain the best possible quality. Hemp oil, terpenes, floral waters as well as cannaflavins are therefore French. The French regulatory framework does not allow us to perform cannabinoid extractions in France, our CBD is therefore Swiss. We use broad spectrum CBD on products that can be ingested (Antidote and Libertine Oil) to promote the entourage effect. We use CBD isolate on topically applied products.

What is the difference between hemp oil and cannabis or CBD oil?
Cannabis oil can commonly refer to two distinct products: - CBD oil (from hemp or cannabis) - THC oil (from cannabis). Cannabis contains many compounds, including cannabinoids. The main cannabinoids in the cannabis plant are CBD and THC. THC is the psychoactive compound that gives cannabis users that 'high feeling'. CBD is the compound that provides therapeutic benefits, without noticeable psychoactive effect. Hemp oil, on the other hand, refers to the oil obtained by pressing the seeds of hemp. Our hemp vegetable oil is made in Brittany, by first cold pressing of organically grown seeds. This allows us to guarantee a very high quality oil in all of our products.

How can CBD oil be used?
CBD oil can be used by ingestion as a sublingual oil, or applied to the skin as a serum or mixed with your day cream. It has effects similar to collagen or hyaluronic acid. It is perfect for the eye and mouth contour in particular. The oil is very good for fighting sublingual stress. Unfortunately, it is still complicated to speak publicly about sublingual use because current regulations do not allow us to advise a dosage. Antidote contains no additives, flavors or preservatives and is formulated with food grade ingredients.

Your opinion on THC? For or against?
We co-founded the Professional Hemp Union which has 2 components: a medical branch (therapeutic cannabis which in many cases requires THC), a well-being branch (thanks to wellness cannabis or wellness hemp). be who uses cannabis low in THC). There is a 3rd branch not treated by the Syndicate which is recreational cannabis. We are well aware of the need for THC for its therapeutic dimension. However, we want to be very clear about the absence of THC in wellness products (only trace amounts). Believe it or not, we are not among those who demonize THC.

What dosage do you recommend for CBD oil?
The 5% Antidote allows you to fully understand the effects of CBD and to modulate your daily use. 2-3 drops will get you an average dose of 5mg of CBD, which is a good dose to start with. You can then increase or decrease this dose according to your feelings.

Can I use CBD oil for my pet?
The cosmetic tests that we carry out allow us to validate use on humans. We have not taken steps with veterinarians, so we cannot commit to this, even if the use of cbd across the Atlantic is indeed increasingly oriented towards animals.

Its presence in our products is explained by the composition of our natural perfumes, composed of a unique blend of essential oils. It is also one of the natural compounds found in the essential oil of Cannabis sativa, used in the Hydra range. (The highest rate found in our products is 0,1%)

CITRAL
It is naturally present in the essential oils of verbena, orange, lemon… It too is part of the list of 26 ingredients with allergenic potential regulated in Europe. Its presence must be indicated in the list of ingredients from 0,001% in leave-in products. Its presence in our products is explained by the composition of our natural perfumes, composed of a unique blend of essential oils. (The highest rate found in our products is 0,08%)

EUGENOL
It is the main component of essential oil of cloves (up to 85%); it thus enters into the composition of many essential oil-based perfumes. Its presence must be indicated in the list of ingredients from 0,001% in leave-in products. This therefore explains its presence in our lists of ingredients. (The highest rate found in our products is 0,09%)

GERANIOL
Geraniol is also one of the 26 allergens regulated by Europe. It is mainly found in essential oils of Geranium, Lemongrass or Palmarosa. It is very frequently used in perfumery for its rose scent. Its presence in our products is explained by the composition of our natural perfumes, composed of a unique blend of essential oils. This therefore explains its presence in the list of ingredients of the Energie range. (The highest rate found in our products is 0,01%)

COUMARIN
Main component of the tonka bean, it enters into the composition of 90% of perfumes, as is the case for our natural perfumes, composed of a unique blend of essential oils. Its presence must be reported in the ingredient list of 0,001% in leave-in products. (The highest rate found in our products is 0,02%).

ATLAS CEDAR BARK EXTRACT
This extract is made up of polysaccharides and polyphenols, selected for their ability to improve vascular tone, reduce swelling and prevent oxidative stress. However, Yuka classifies it in contact allergens - because it is found in certain perfumes - which is not the case in our product, but the application can make amalgam. This asset is not present in our new version of Morning Miracle.

How to know the amount of CBD-type ingredient in the formulations?
The INCI list on the back of the packaging or on our product sheet gives you a qualitative indication because it gives the name of the ingredients. It also gives you a semi-quantitative indication because they are arranged in order of concentration but the exact concentration is not given. This is what keeps the manufacturing "secret" ... We clearly indicate the amount of CBD on the packaging because we know that this is information sought by customers.

Can the Antidote be used in pregnant or breastfeeding women?
It is not recommended to use CBD while breastfeeding, although it is not strictly prohibited either. In general, cannabis and its derivatives are not recommended for pregnant women. Studies are still too rare to be able to give a clear ruling on this subject. This question nevertheless raises interesting points about the human body: For example, cannabinoids seem to play an important role in the development of the fetus and its evolution. This is why our body produces its own cannabinoids, the “endocannabinoids”. These molecules are naturally found in abundance in breast milk, which seems to indicate that they play a major role in the development of the baby. For information, the most abundant endocannabinoid in breast milk is 2-arachidonoylglycerol (close to CBD). However, this whole process is regulated in a natural way. The relevant authorities therefore recommend that you exercise caution when consuming CBD during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Can we diffuse the essential oil of hemp if there are children in the room?
Yes, no particular contraindication. Be careful to avoid contact with the eyes.

I have an illness and I was advised to take the cannabidiol (CBD) molecule.
The disease is very specific, causing various and varied symptoms, and requires appropriate medical monitoring. As a cosmetic brand, we are not authorized to recommend medical treatments. However, if your research has led you to the cannabidiol (CBD) molecule, know that we offer the product Antidote, a universal 5% CBD oil.

What products would be suitable for an acne problem?
It is difficult to establish a diagnosis. There are several types of acne. In any case, it is better to consult a dermatologist in order to obtain a medical opinion on the skin lesions, which are often of the inflammatory type. We can nevertheless recommend that you test the Cannabooster Detox, concentrated in detoxifying, astringent and sebum-regulating active ingredients which can improve the skin texture.

What products would be suitable for a blotch or rosacea problem?
Our hemp oil products can be particularly effective in reducing redness. This oil will activate facial circulation and relieve redness with its anti-inflammatory effect, which will reduce and fight the signs of rosacea. I have psoriasis, can I use the narcotic cannabis sativa (hemp) oil. Is there a risk of using it on damaged skin. Even mixed with a cream?

Psoriasis is an inflammatory disease of the skin, which comes in many forms. We therefore recommend that you consult a dermatologist to have this skin problem evaluated. Our Amazing Oil is formulated with organic hemp oil, first cold pressing. This oil is renowned for its moisturizing, soothing and restorative action. Its natural composition makes it a very good ally to act on skin conditions such as eczema, rosacea or psoriasis. Take advantage of its hydrating power, especially during this winter period.

We do not yet have a store of our own to organize the test ... but one day, we hope! The eshop is available 24/24, 7 days a week for a first test. You can also move around during our ephemeral events (follow our news via social networks). Note that when ordering, we slip you a sample so you can test a second product.
