Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without agreeing to a return within 14 days of withdrawal.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error
- any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified time frame.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. There is often a little processing time before a refund is mailed. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sonly regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: HO KARAN, Octopus 6 rue René Viviani, 44200 Nantes, France.
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was subsequently shipped, we will issue a refund to the person giving the gift and they will notify you of your return. .
No Stress Studio Treatment
Cancellation of treatment less than 24 hours before the time of the treatment does not give the right to a refund or to a new appointment. If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the time of the treatment, we can offer you a new appointment or a gift voucher.
In the event of delay, the treatment cannot be carried out in its entirety. The duration of the treatment will be reduced by the time equivalent to the delay.
