How does an appointment go?
Your appointment lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.
Chloe will ask you a few questions to better understand your problems : improve your sleep, relieve your muscle tension or soothe your anxiety…
Our goal: to understand your story in order to give you personalized advice easy to incorporate into your routine.
We also recommend that you take the time to define your stress profile with our Diagnosis of stress on line. This is excellent preparatory work that will make the discussion more in-depth.
And after the date?
You will have all the keys in hand to lead a more peaceful life!
