Our Stress Less method is based on 3 pillars:

"Granddaughter of Breton hemp growers, I created HO KARAN with the conviction that the plants of our region heal and relieve stress.
After pioneering the hemp and CBD industry in France and abroad, I realized there was a real need to provide holistic solutions to stress. Two years of research synthesized in the book “La Grande Etude du Stress®” allowed me to launch in April 2023 the first Stress Diagnosis® (= the MBTI of stress). These are the foundations of our Stress Less method for a more serene and peaceful life.
This method is embodied in our first HO KARAN Serenity Center, opened in September 2022, rue de Bretagne in Paris, where you can find our products, body massages and mind massages."

Pierre-Yves Normand is a hemp grower in Brittany, and has been for 20 years! It is he in part who cultivates, and provides us with the raw material at the origin of all our care.
Catherine Petyt is a “nose”, a perfumer and composer specializing in natural products. It tells about the challenges in the formulation of 100% natural perfumes and deciphers our olfactory signature.
